And the word is....

And the word for the day is...en·er·vate

meaning

1 To weaken or destroy the strength or vitality of: “the luxury which enervates and destroys nations” (Henry David Thoreau)

Which sums up how I've been feeling for over the last month, where I've been fighting a really nasty chest cold that still won't go away. It really hasn't been much fun at all. Very little riding, not doing anything and just moping around during my time away from work, where I'm taking it easy after going what seems like a million miles an hour the last few weeks.

So I really haven't felt like doing much of anything productive. Which explains my lack of blogging for once. And I haven't realized how much being sick has truly affected me. I haven't finalized what I am doing yet for the summer and that isn't a totally bad thing. For maybe I'm suppossed to stay put for a while. For if I do stay i can get involved in doing some really cool things through the lighthouse Working on some movies they are doing and other cool projects they are starting. And it would also be cool if i would stay for it might allow me to figure out what's going with some relationships of mine. For it is a bit easier to work on relationships when you are in the same place longer than five months at a time.
But then again there's places I've never been before and too pass up the opportunity to visit them while getting paid is something that is tough to turn down.

So it's to seek and wait and see what happens.

The best thing about the superbowl is...

Since the superbowl is upon us. I am thinking what the best part of the game is. And it's simple it has nothing to do with the game. It's the realization that there is still hope in this world. Why? because the baseball season is just around the corner in fact pitchers and catchers report in only nine days to spring training! At this time of the year it doesn't get better than this and it truly gets better once games are played. Even the darkest days of winter there's still hope. As long as there's baseball.
