Snow, Snow, Snow and lots of wind.

It's been a while and my next post was going to be on some regional sayings. But getting dumped by 10 feet of snow in less than a week changed the topic. Being from North Dakota you think you know a thing about snow and cold. But after getting dumped by 10 feet with winds that have been clocked over 160 miles per hour on top of the mountain you realize you don't know anything about it. So as a result of all this snow most of the employees of June mitten that are living in Mammoth have been stuck here since Friday. So far everybody is holding up well, but we all are ready to get the roads open return to mammoth, get some fresh clothes, a hot shower and back to our rooms for a change. But till then, the powder's epic and this storm is becoming legendary. So what are the 30 or so employees doing to keep us occupied while we are not on the mountain? Watch movies, handicap the world arm wrestling championships and do some drinking. And keep up with football. Quite exciting.

More updates as the snow in continues
