It's fun to play tourist

Last summer when I was interning with the Potomac Cannons now Nationals baseball club. I didn't have much of a chance to do to fun things in DC, because during the season you pretty much are living at the ballpark from April to Sept and when you are not there you are trying to get all the sleep you can to catch up with what you didn't get during the last homestand. This I have a had a chance to do things like go into town and catch some of the Muesuems and let me tell you it's lots of fun meandering around DC with no plan and nobody to pull you in fifty million directions like many summer vactions and tour groups do. (And don't get me started on why i will never go on a guided week long tour with a bunch of other people) Especially in the fall when the most of the crowds are gone and the weather is just awesome not like when it's 95 with 100% humidty as the summers in Virgina and DC are often like. So it's been good, though I'm realizing that I'm glad I don't have make this commute everyday driving around dc. It can get pretty crazy let me tell you. Next up, off to Philly for a grudge match in Ultimate Warzone. (One of the games I play)
